With the introduction of the Corporate Manslaughter Act (6th April 2008), every organisation is being forced to look at how protected their employees are whilst carrying out their day to day activities. It is no longer acceptable for individual departments to hold data on dangerous/potentially violent people and not share information with other colleagues within their organisation.
