It seems you can’t attend a conference or read a press release now without one of the leading bodies in fraud advising you that your local authority must consider other areas of investigation. Whether it be corporate fraud, tenancy/housing fraud, procurement fraud or insurance fraud, the risk to your local authority has never been greater. In times when the future of housing benefits is still being defined many local authorities are moving into these areas.

Fraud and Error 2012

INTEC are pleased to announce we will be attending the inaugural fraud and error 2012 conference ran by GovNet. As the Government looks to reform many areas of the public sector, and looks to reduce costs overall, ensuring fraud is both prevented and tackled, and ensuring that error is at a minimum will be crucial. |
Reducing fraud and error will both save costs in the system as it is, but will also be a priority in ensuring measures are currently in place as new reforms are implemented – with the Universal Credit, for example

We are pleased to announce that INTEC will be a main sponsor at this year’s Annual Fraud and Professional Training Event hosted by LAIOG and the IRRV. This event has been the flagship event in the fraud calendar form several years and continues to provide an excellent range of speakers and training opportunities. |
